There are no accounts, contact forms, advertising or analytics on this site. We do not set cookies. The pages use local images and styles, with no third-party fonts, scripts or trackers.

If you email us, we use the information you send to respond to your enquiry.

Production process footage

Before you send us production footage, contact us to agree how it will be used, stored and deleted. We will discuss access, retention and any data processing agreement needed for the work.

The purpose of the analysis is to understand the production process and inform a decision about what to change.

Three commitments apply to any footage you send us:

• We do not use facial recognition. Our software does not identify individual people.
• We do not score individual performance. We analyse the process, not the people working in it. Findings describe the work, not who was doing it.
• We do not train models on your footage. Your recordings are used to produce your analysis and nothing else.

Your data rights

You can ask us about personal data we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a concern about how it is used. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
