Our approach
Improve the process before buying equipment
First, measure the work. Then find the waste and redesign the method, sequence, layout or material flow. Only then consider automation for what remains.
That order matters. Automating a wasteful process makes the waste faster and more expensive. The first question is what is happening on the line and what change the evidence supports.

Izunna Isaac Agupusi
Izunna holds a BSc in Industrial and Production Engineering and an MSc in Artificial Intelligence.
Before founding Akọ AI, he worked on embedded AI and computer vision delivery. His industrial engineering background guides how the measurements are interpreted and what changes are proposed.
Engineer review
Findings must be supported by evidence
An engineer checks and approves every report before it is released. When the footage does not support a conclusion, that finding is withheld and the report explains what is missing.
This review is part of the reporting process. It helps keep the decision tied to what can actually be measured.
